Meet The Team
Dawn E. Monn
Title Agent
Dawn graduated from Wilson College in 1995. She, along with Jeff, started Buchanan Settlement Services in March 1997. She has been a licensed Title Agent through the PA Department of Insurance since 1995 as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, and an Affiliate Member of Pen Mar Association of Realtors. For the first 25 years of the business Dawn was the Managing Partner/Office Manager and was responsible for the day-to-day operation of Buchanan. In 2022, after handing over the running of the company to Nathan, she went part-time but she is still involved in the settlement process and the administration of the company.
Nathan C. Bonner
Office Manager/Title Agent
Nathan graduated from Shippensburg University in 2013. He joined Buchanan in May 2015 as a Settlement Coordinator and started conducting settlements soon after. After a brief sabbatical between 2019-2020, he returned to Buchanan as the Office Manager towards the end of 2020. In 2022, he became a licensed Title Agent through the PA Department of Insurance. At that time, he also became a partner in Buchanan with Jeff and Dawn. He is an Affiliate Member of Pen Mar Association of Realtors. Nathan is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Buchanan, conducting settlements, and overseeing Buchanan’s marketing efforts through the website and social media.
Jeffrey S. Evans, Esq.
Attorney/Title Agent
Jeff graduated from Dickinson College in 1986 and went on to receive his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1989. He is the owner of the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Evans (established in 2002) as well as a Co-Owner of Buchanan Settlement Services since its opening in 1997. He has been a licensed Title Agent through the PA Department of Insurance since 2001 and he is a member of the PA Trial Lawyers Association, Franklin County Bar Association, PA Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Jeff assists Buchanan in many ways including answering legal questions and helping to conduct settlements.
Kelly Clever
Settlement Agent
Kelly joined Buchanan in September 2015 as a Settlement Coordinator. In 2019 she became a Settlement Agent and started conducting settlements for purchases and refinances. She can handle all aspects of the settlement process from start to finish.
Michelle Cordell
Settlement Coordinator
Michelle has been with Buchanan since January 2022. She has worked in the real estate industry for many years and has been a welcome addition to our team. Her responsibilities include setting up new files and contacting buyers and sellers to coordinate settlements. In addition, she finalizes all files after settlements are complete by mailing final title policies and recorded documents.
